Andersen Group Closes Three Strategic Acquisitions, Further Accelerating Global Expansion

Andersen Group Inc. (NYSE: ANDG) today announced the closing of three strategic acquisitions – Andersen in the Netherlands, Clareo Partners and Endeavor Management – marking another significant milestone in the Company’s global expansion strategy.

With these transactions, Andersen has now completed 16 of the 19 acquisitions signed in 2026, with more signings expected in the fourth quarter. The 19 signed acquisitions represent approximately $190 million in combined annualized revenue. The closings underscore Andersen’s ability to systematically convert its substantial M&A pipeline into operating businesses that increase revenue, expand its geographic footprint and strengthen its integrated global professional services platform.

“These closings demonstrate the momentum and disciplined execution of our acquisition strategy,” said Mark L. Vorsatz, Chairman and CEO of Andersen Group Inc. “We are acquiring established businesses that contribute revenue, bring exceptional talent and expand our capabilities in strategically important markets. Equally important, each acquisition creates new opportunities for business development and cross-selling by connecting its clients and expertise to Andersen’s global platform. We believe the economic value of these businesses can grow substantially as they become part of our organization.”

The three acquisitions strengthen Andersen’s capabilities across several important service areas:

  • Andersen in the Netherlands, a full-service corporate finance and valuation advisory firm, establishes Andersen’s first dedicated valuation business in Europe. Its capabilities include M&A advisory, business valuation, financial due diligence and corporate restructuring, strengthening Andersen’s presence in a strategically important European market and expanding opportunities for cross-border client engagements.
  • Clareo Partners specializes in innovation, growth strategy and business transformation, helping major corporations identify new markets, develop businesses and strengthen competitive positions. Its expertise in the energy, mining and food sectors expands Andersen Consulting’s industry capabilities and access to major corporate clients.
  • Endeavor Management provides enterprise transformation, growth strategy, organizational alignment and brand advisory services, with particular expertise in the healthcare and energy sectors. The acquisition further strengthens Andersen Consulting’s ability to help clients execute complex business transformations and improve operating performance.

Beyond their immediate revenue contributions, these acquisitions create opportunities for additional organic growth by connecting new clients, specialized capabilities and markets across Andersen’s expanding global platform.

“Our strategy is not simply to grow through acquisitions, but to build an organization where each business becomes more valuable as part of Andersen,” Vorsatz added. “We see tremendous opportunities ahead as we expand our presence in key markets, strengthen our consulting capabilities and build one of the world’s leading independent professional services firms.”

Andersen expects M&A to be a significant growth driver alongside its continued organic expansion, supported by its global pipeline of professional services firms and a disciplined approach to integration, operational performance and long-term shareholder value.
