Modine President and Chief Executive Officer, Neil D. Brinker, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Michael B. (Mick) Lucareli, will be joined by other members of the executive management team to present an update to the company’s multi-year growth strategy and new financial targets following the planned spin-off of the Performance Technologies segment.
