Founded in 2017 by physical therapist Joseph Noel, ION PT Network manages physical therapy care on behalf of payers, employers, and third-party administrators, coordinating treatment through independent providers while maintaining licensed clinical oversight of every case. More than half of ION’s staff are licensed therapists, each with direct clinical experience in the conditions they oversee.

Mulick is a seasoned workers’ compensation sales executive with more than two decades of industry expertise. Accomplished in building high-performing teams and developing growth strategies across complex healthcare service lines, she brings the relationships and commercial depth necessary to expand ION’s reach across payers, employers, and third-party administrators nationwide.
Before joining ION PT Network, Mulick served as Chief Sales Officer at The IMA Group, where she led enterprise growth initiatives across evaluation and clinical services. Earlier, she was with One Call, advancing through executive leadership roles and ultimately leading a national sales organization responsible for more than $1 billion in annual revenue. She brings significant experience driving commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and innovation across the workers’ compensation industry.

Schreiber is an accomplished financial executive with more than 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operational leadership across healthcare services organizations. A CPA with a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, she brings a track record of building financial infrastructure and driving operational discipline at companies across the healthcare sector, including organizations with direct experience in workers’ compensation.
Schreiber served as Chief Financial Officer for several healthcare services organizations including most recently at Diana Health and NextCare. She also brings direct experience with workers’ compensation through earlier leadership positions in finance and operations at One Call following roles with Deloitte and Touche and regional CPA firms.
